HOT OIL PUMP - KDS PUMPS

Hot oil pumps as they are otherwise known, are designed for the movement of heat-transfer oils under high temperature conditions. High temperature oil pumps such as these are primarily used to feed an oil burner or furnace, or as a hot oil circulation pump for circulating the fuel as part of a larger boiler feed or heating system.

Hot oil pumps need to be able to handle high temperature, lubricating fluids and are often supplied with a double mechanical seal system to allow the cooling of the seals to deal with such temperatures.

FEATURES

-Horizontal, single stage, single suction volute type, air-cooled centrifugal pumps with closed impeller pump shaft is supported by two heavy -duty ball bearings, heat resistant mechanical seal, suction flange is on the front and axial, discharge flange is at top & radial.

-Centerline supported casing.

-Low maintenance cost.

-Can be supplied bare-shaft or with IE3 motors for energy saving.
